Mayfield's lawsuit against Nascar dismissed. What do you think about it?
From ESPN--->..."Mayfield had twice waived his rights to pursue any claims against NASCAR when he signed documents both as a driver and as an owner to participate in the stock car series. Plaintiffs thereby waived their right to pursue their claims.......Plaintiffs' claims are hereby dismissed"
In other words, Nascar's iron fist win's again.

If he paid anything to an attorney for representation in this case he was ripped off.
His suit was a non-starter and an obvious one. Sometimes, I'm just sayin', folks that cannot face that they are wrong, file these type of actions. I always liked Jeremy; its doubtful to me that NASCAR would have just "persecuted" him for no reason. Recall that Shana and Jeremy were always popular with NASCAR (i.e., the France family) up til the test results. Multiple experts and re-tests.
