I wondered how long it would take my hair to grow 1 1 / 2 feet.?
I cut my hair once a year (summer) and wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner every other day. I stress my hair at least once each year as well. I rarely use heating tools. I make sure to brush my hair at least twice a day. I also wondered if taking biotin, vitamin E, and B vitamins might help?
